The 21st century parents have their hands full, and we understand. The typical 21st Century parent juggles between a career and family, which can sometimes
prove daunting.

While many parents agree that they need help in their daily life to ensure a sustainable home-work life balance, the question has always been how?

How do they find and maintain the quality of childcare they can trust, to supplement the care and development they provide for their children, so they can
continue to be superheroes in their eyes.

Nanny Prime was conceptualised previously as a storehouse, which provided
nannies and house helps for parents. Under the old concept, it was named Hands
& Helps. But to be more efficient and effective to parent, it was realised that this
concept had to go beyond its initial objective.

Thus, there was a need to revolutionise the approach to meet the exact demands
of parents, which has chartered a definitive path for what we do, and solidified our
mode of operation.

Our Approach

Nanny Prime is a nouvelle childcare hub that augments your parenting making you and your child’s life immeasurably richer. As part of our solution, we provide vetted, trained and educated individuals to deliver quality childcare to cater directly to your child's developmental needs. To augment this we have included a platform that seeks to engage and excite your children. Our approach and what we offer is two-fold: An agency that trains and develops educated women to hand hold your children with you. To work with you in engaging, developing and grooming your precious little ones A platform and resource centre for nannies to build engagement and excitement around your children (again something is off here, the 1st thing is diffent from the 2nd ) Library; Authors from Africa, European to give the children a rich reading experience from diverse authors Games; outdoor, indoor, board games to stimulate Craft; Give children an all rounded hand on experience that engages their mind

Smart Nanny Recruitment

Our Processes are simple and efficient to ensure you get a nanny within 7 working days of your filling out our forms
Fill our online forms
We ask you to fill a form giving us details that will help us get the right fit for you
Interview sessions with nannies
Arrangement of interview sessions between prospects and Nanny Prime. This is to enable you pick your preferred person
Documentation Review
All our nannies are made to go through mandatory processes like aptitude test, temperament test, medicals and police reports. At this stage we may allow you to review your chosen person records if need be
Contract Signing & Start work
Contractual agreements are signed, necessary payments to agency etc are carried out and nanny can start work
